Stephanie Sargent: There’s consumerism associated with the patient experience. I can attest to my own personal experience that, when I moved to a new city, you do, you can go online and you can look at physician’s patient experience scores. That being the case, you know, people really do doctor shop.

It’s important more than ever in terms of how you’re paid, but also your reputation within the community.
