Create a Loyal Patient Base
In collaboration with the University of South Carolina’s Department of Statistics, SE performed a statistical analysis on patient experience data to gain a deeper understanding of the drivers of patient experience – specifically, key drivers of patient loyalty. New, Relevant Clinical Effectiveness Content
SE Healthcare performed a quality review of the content within the Clinical Effectiveness Platform using a “ceiling effect” analysis. The “ceiling effect” occurs when a measure has a set range and the data distribution is skewed to the maximum of the range (“topped out”, in other words). Healthcare quality measures are changing rapidly, and over time some quality measures become more relevant than others. This exercise informed new, highly relevant, and meaningful clinical and core content.

Our mission is to help providers enhance their reputation by improving the patient experience. Our patient loyalty correlation analysis results provide targeted information on measures that highly correlate with the Patient Loyalty Index.
