Five Major Developments To Better Serve The Healthcare Industry

SE Healthcare has been busy enhancing our platform to provide additional resources for physicians to improve the patient experience, increase reimbursement, and mitigate risk. Enhancements include the reveal of the Reimbursement Effectiveness (RE) Platform and new offerings within the Physician Empowerment Suite.

The Reimbursement Effectiveness Platform leverages data contained in the Physician Empowerment Suite© to produce a practice-specific “Value Story” and an analysis of that practice’s top commercial payers. These tools lay the foundation to effectively negotiate increased fee-for-service and fee-for-value payer contracts.

Earn CME with SE and MUSC

Through a joint providership with the Medical University of South Carolina, SE is providing AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits for completion of assessments taken through our Clinical Effectiveness Platform. After completing the Clinical Effectiveness Assessment and passing a post-test, providers are awarded 0.5 CME credits.


Create a Loyal Patient Base

In collaboration with the University of South Carolina’s Department of Statistics, SE performed a statistical analysis on patient experience data to gain a deeper understanding of the drivers of patient experience – specifically, key drivers of patient loyalty. This analysis illuminated which survey items predict patient loyalty. Learn More About Our Findings


New, Relevant Clinical Effectiveness Content

SE Healthcare performed a quality review of the content within the Clinical Effectiveness Platform using a “ceiling effect” analysis. The “ceiling effect” occurs when a measure has a set range and the data distribution is skewed to the maximum of the range (“topped out”, in other words). Healthcare quality measures are changing rapidly, and over time some quality measures become more relevant than others. This exercise informed new, highly relevant, and meaningful clinical and core content.

Patient Experience Tips

Our mission is to help providers enhance their reputation by improving the patient experience. Our patient loyalty correlation analysis results provide targeted information on measures that highly correlate with the Patient Loyalty Index. Knowing WHERE to focus is the beginning; our Patient Experience Tips tell providers HOW to interpret this information.
