Charleston, SC, July 18, 2018 – SE Healthcare is pleased to announce the hiring of Janet L. Byrne, MSN, RN, NE-BC as our latest Senior Clinical Consultant. Janet will contribute to SE’s ongoing development by consulting with clients on clinical risk and outcome measurement systems and assisting with the implementation of performance improvement programs.

Janet has almost 25 years of experience working in multiple facets as a nurse. At different times in her career, she has served as a medical-surgical, emergency department, and an ICU burn center nurse; a Clinical Nurse Educator in a medical intensive care unit; an adjust faculty member in the College of Nursing at the Medical University of South Carolina; and as a Nurse Manager in a medical intensive care unit.

As a celebrated medical professional, Janet has achieved and sustained multiple patient safety standards, including zero CABSI, zero CAUTI, and zero pressure ulcer injury for significant, extended periods of time. She received the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses Beacon Award for nursing quality excellence and has received Quality Leader of the Quarter three years in a row.
