Charleston, SC – April 11, 2019 – This week, SE Healthcare launched a new specialty-specific benchmarking feature within its popular Patient Experience Platform. The new feature allows healthcare providers subscribed to the platform to view their patient experience survey results in comparison to SE database benchmarks for that same specialty.

The new specialty benchmarking feature is the latest in a series of SE Healthcare’s data analytics solutions. Recently, the company launched a Five-Star Reputation Management Tool, added patient experience tips, created a patient loyalty index and partnered with MUSC to make it possible for platform users to earn CME credits through SE’s Clinical Effectiveness Platform.
