CHARLESTON, SC – Members of the SE Healthcare team were selected to present a panel session titled Hardwiring Well-Being Into Your Organization at the upcoming Physician Well-Being Symposium.

The session takes place on January 20th at 12:30 pm and is a part of twenty-two days of sessions featuring nearly forty subject matter experts offering strategies and actionable insights to address and prevent burnout and create a culture of well-being for individuals and organizations.

Leading expert on physician burnout, Dr. Dike Drummond, will join CEO WellSpan Health (retired), Kevin Mosser, MD, and SE Healthcare’s Chief Clinical and Quality Officer Stephanie Sargent on the January 20 panel session. The session will offer expert insight into strategies organizations can apply to create a culture of well-being as well as how to implement those strategies and key metrics for measuring your burnout programs’ success.

SE Healthcare, a leading technology company providing strategies and programs to help healthcare organizations and providers stop physician burnout, is nominated for an award at the Physician Burnout Symposium in the category “Best Health Tech Company to Reduce Physician Burnout”.

SE’s Physician Burnout Prevention Program gives organizations and physicians a proactive strategy for addressing burnout. The program was developed through a collaboration between Dr. Dike Drummond, leading expert on physician burnout training, and SE Healthcare’s team of experienced healthcare leaders.

“We’re excited to be selected to present alongside such a well-respected group of experts,” said Doug Shand, CEO of SE Healthcare. “Burnout has reached a boiling point in the healthcare world, and it is absolutely critical that we arm our organizations and physicians with strategies to stop burnout.”

The full event begins on January 7th and runs through January 29th. A recorded version of SE Healthcare’s panel session will be available the day after the live event and attendees will be able to access the session until the final day of the event.
