BRIAN K. DONOVAN

Brian brings 20 years of experience working with health plans and healthcare delivery systems to SE Healthcare Quality Consulting. He has a significant level of experience designing and executing value-based programs, including risk and non-risk-based financial models along with high performance and narrow networks for large, clinically integrated healthcare systems and physician groups. Brian is skilled in utilizing the quadruple aim concept, which targets improving efficiency, achieving quality outcomes, and enhancing both the patient and physician outcome.
Prior to joining SE, Brian served as Vice President, Network Development and Contracting for Centene Corporation. He also led the nationally focused, value based hospital contracting division within Catholic Health Initiatives. Within his previous roles, he achieved success in value-based contracting, population health management, and medical cost/risk management strategies. He is skilled in health plan-provider contract negotiations and network strategy, development, design, and management.
Brian received a B.A. in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. He is certified in Implementation Management Associates’ Accelerated Implementation Methodology.
