Senior Customer Support Representative
Chrissy provides marketing and administrative support to SE Healthcare Quality Consulting. She helps to coordinate logistics and marketing efforts around webinars and other events.
In addition, Chrissy is a part of the Risk Mitigation and Safety team that provides client support to SE Healthcare Quality Consulting’s web-based platform used to measure patient satisfaction and clinical best practices. She is responsible for client onboarding and client support issues to strengthen the patient-provider relationship through predictive analytics.
Chrissy began her career as an Operations Manager for an executive office facility in Lancaster where she gained valuable experience in all areas of business including marketing, accounting and human resources. Chrissy received a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Millersville University.
