They will interview key personnel involved with the event, thoroughly tour the facility, and review relevant clinical documentation, policies, and procedures.
After the process is complete, you will be provided with a confidential, comprehensive report based on the findings of the SE team’s review. The report contains detailed analysis of the never event and provides direction with recommendations, tools, and strategies to get your organization back on track.
