Customer Support Representative
Mercedes joins SE Healthcare Quality Consulting, LLC as a Customer Support Representative. She is a member of the risk mitigation and safety team that assists with client onboarding and support issues for SE Healthcare Quality Consulting’s web-based platform used to measure patient satisfaction and clinical best practices.
She graduated from East Carolina University with a B.A. in Exercise & Sports Science. While in school, she was a member of the Alpha Phi Sorority and served a two-year term as the Sorority’s Director of Alumni Relations. Mercedes is fluent in Spanish and has volunteered as a Spanish translator at local hospitals. She has also organized volunteer days at the Youth Development Center in North Charleston.
Prior to joining SE Healthcare Quality Consulting, LLC, Mercedes served as a Sales & Marketing Assistant for a resort in South Carolina where she collaborated with leadership teams to develop marketing strategies.
